We have been designing and building gardens for over 20 years. We understand how important a professional approach is to ensure a project runs smoothly. We will always try to exceed expectations.

Your Ivy & Whyte Journey

FREE CONSULTATION

This initial stage, we listen to your wants and needs for your garden which forms your brief. We will also view the garden. explain to you our process and show you examples of our work. From here we will send you a design fee proposal.

2. SITE SURVEY

To design you the best garden, we need to accurately find out the size and shape of the space. We visit to gather all the measurements we need. At this point, there is an opportunity for you to offer anymore thoughts. We deliver full dimensions and topographic detail.

3. DESIGN CONCEPT

The core part of the design process. This is where we come up with concepts, working from your brief, mixing our skills of design and landscaping to create a vision for your garden.

4. DESIGN PRESENTATION

We come and present to you our vision for your garden. We do this through a design package of drawings, 3D images, a video walkthrough and a planting design. We show you al the details explaining design concepts, materials, dimensions as well as other features.

5. DESIGN ANALYSIS

This is how we come together to create your perfect garden. Now the design has progressed it's time to analyse and discuss any amendments. We are always on the phone to chat and advise, whether this be regarding costings, planting, or any other fine details.

6. REVISIONS AND FINAL DESIGN PACK

To ensure you get the perfect garden, we offer two sets of free revisions. We listen to your feedback after the design presentation which allows us to refine the design, resulting in your perfect space. You then receive a completed pack of drawings, ready for the build.

7. THE BUILD

Once you have recieved your final pack we offer a tendering assistance with our recommended landscapers to take your final design through to build. You can use our recommended landscapers or your own. We do an included number of site visits and are always around to help throughout your build process.

8. PLANTING & AFTERCARE

We offer a planting service to supply and plant your garden after hard landscaping build is completed. As an additional service we can offer aftercare for your garden to keep it looking great for years to come!
