TRADITIONAL
Chartham
This large area of land needed to be changed. This garden wanted to incorporate a little elegance and bold colours. We made the outside area feel new again by using classic clay pavers and framed them with an array of bright, perennial plants. This was all part of our approach for Canterbury-based garden design. Adding strategic focal points throughout the garden made it more intriguing to look at and added even more colours to the space.
This Canterbury-based garden design included new features that worked well with the ones that were already there, such as the lovely pool house and the sunken swimming pool. The end result is a wonderful blend of old and new, with every element carefully planned. This Canterbury-based garden design changed this once-simple garden into a beautiful and practical place for the homeowners to relax all year round.

People know our Canterbury-based garden design for its vibrant colours ad well-placed focal points. This project is a perfect illustration of that style. The planting plan is a celebration of bright, harminous colours. Loads of bright yellows, deep purples, and rich greens covers the area. These bold colours not only brig vibrant colour and life to the garden, but they also change the way it looks in each season which keeps it exciting to look at.
One of the most important aspects of this Canterbury-based garden design is the use of beautiful, reddish clay pavers. They provide warmth and character to the space. This traditional material creates lovely walkways that encourage people to explore the garden and allows them to discover the different plants. A circular planter is placed in the centre of the garden in order to provide a lovely focal point. This focus of interest brings people in and links the design together. There are a lot of perennial plants around it that make it look nice.
The bright hues of the plants and the classic clay pavers reflect how much we care about making gardens that are both useful and beautiful. We attempt to create areas that residents will adore, like this garden design from Canterbury. We like to make beautiful spaces that they may enjoy all year.

The pool house, the sunken pool, and the landscaping around it all work together to make a wonderful mix of classic style and modern comfort in the middle of this Canterbury garden. We wanted the trip from the garden’s entrance to the welcoming pool area to feel like one long trip. The path to the pool is built of classic clay pavers. These were chosen because they are warm and have a design that will never go out of style. These pavers form a great, touchable path through the garden. Their strong, deep hues set the atmosphere for what’s to come, and they will keep the walkway clean for years to come.
There are perennial plants with bright, vibrant hues on both sides of this path. Not only do these plants make the area look more attractive, but they also give it a sense of rhythm and movement. They gently guide the eye to the pool and its magnificent pool house, which are the major emphasis of the space. We choose the perennials since they look wonderful all year. This manner, there is always something blooming that makes the lines of the hardscape look softer and pleases the senses.
This Canterbury-based garden design includes a pool house which is the perfect balance of design and function. It gives a shady spot where you may rest, have fun, or just look at the calm pool. The pool house and the landscaping around it all come together to offer a cosy place to hide away. This Canterbury-based garden design shows how you can use traditional materials, bold planting schemes, and careful planning to make an outside space into a beautiful, practical space that you can enjoy all year long.
