From our two coastal studios, we pair fresh design ideas with hands-on horticultural know-how. We’ve been doing Brighton landscape design for a while so we have a good relationship with some local landscapers that can take your Brighton garden build, we work alongside them to bring the garden to life. We know how much people value being outdoors, catching the sea breeze, enjoying a sunny terrace, or creating a cosy corner to escape the wind so it is important to us we bring this joy to you!
That love of outdoor living is something we’re really passionate about bringing into our Brighton landscape design work.
We guide you through the process step by step, making the journey as easy as possible for you. We begin with a free consultation where we discuss your design brief. We come and do a site survey of your garden and then begin the design process.
We present the design to you using photorealistic 3D rendered imagery and videos so you know exactly what you will be getting. We have a unique, considered and artistic approach to gardens.
From contemporary gardens that flourish in the sea air to timeless retreats nestled inland, we design spaces that feel perfectly at home in Brighton and throughout Sussex.

Senior Designer
Annabelle’s design journey is rooted in architecture and visual arts, giving her a distinctive approach to outdoor spaces. She thrives on bringing fresh, innovative ideas to life and is dedicated to crafting gardens that are both beautiful and original. A recipient of Pro Landscaper’s 30 Under 30 award, she has been recognised as one of the industry’s rising stars. Away from the drawing board, Annabelle enjoys painting and also creates bespoke pet portraits.
Poppy
Garden Design Assistant
Poppy started out in the fashion world, where she developed a great eye for detail, texture and style. Her love of plants and spending time outdoors brought her to Ivy & Whyte in 2024, where she now combines her creativity with hands-on garden design. She’s also working towards a master’s in Landscape Architecture, adding extra depth and knowledge to her design work.
Isabelle
Garden Design Assistant
With a background in interiors, Isabelle brings a natural flair for colour, composition, and atmosphere into her garden design work. Since joining Ivy & Whyte in 2023, she has quickly established herself as a thoughtful and imaginative designer. Beyond garden design, she also creates her own wallpaper collections, connection her passion for indoor and outdoor living
