Charmaine
Senior Designer
Charmaine started her design career in the art and design field, she gained experience in gardening through Sissinghurst Castle and qualified through Hadlow College. She is our lead designer and loves the satisfaction of creating amazing gardens with a difference. Charmaine has created a design brand Asem, using her design skills to create screen prints and fabric garments. She is also a great lover of wildlife and long walks.
Mark
Project Manager
Mark created a landscaping company in 2000 which has developed into one of the most prominent landscape companies in Kent with a great team of over 25 staff. He also opened a plant shop to compliment the business six years ago and now spends most of his time dedicated to design which he qualified through Hadlow College 20 years ago. Mark enjoys photography, sea swimming, cycling and has an interest in meditation.

ANNABELLE
Senior Designer
Annabelle is a designer with much experience in the architecture and design genre. With a passion for art and innovation, she brings fantastic skills to the team and is always eager to create amazing outdoor spaces. Annabelle has recently won ProLandscaper's 30 Under 30 Awards, recognising young talent in the industry. She is also a lover of painting and has a side-line of creating pet portraits.
Isabelle
Design Assistant
Isabelle’s drive for interior design in her work drove her to expand her interest to garden design. Since joining Ivy and Whyte in 2023, Isabelle is an experienced designer with a keen eye for colour and layout. As a wallpaper designer in her spare time, Isabelle is passionate about helping clients create a cohesive space throughout their home and garden.
Ella
Technical Designer
Ella's creative venture began with her experience as an Architectural technologist and more recently as an interior designer. With a love of gardens and enjoyment of the outdoors, Ella joined the team at Ivy & Whyte. In her free time Ella enjoys beach walks with her dog Angus, and creating stunning pottery pieces.
Ivy & Whyte are successful show garden RHS award winners at Hampton Court Palace Flower Show in 2016 and 2017.
