COUNTRY MODERN GARDEN DESIGN – CANTERBURY

This large garden within the Kent countryside was a great canvas to create a modern entertaining garden with a fun use of shapes and textures. The brief was to create an exciting wrap around garden that compliments the modern house, with a strong sense of rooms and interest. The design has a variety of materials and levels surrounded by textural and colourful planting. The grey tones of the concrete and the paving work well against the silver timber of the house. Whilst the design has a lot of crisp straight lines, it sits nicely within this wild and informal countryside surrounding.
