A courtyard garden design in Hythe. Within this quaint coastal town of Hythe, this garden was transformed into an immersive oasis with bold, hard landscaping, including these gorgeous green split-shift tiles. Our goal was to introduce colour and patterns and make use of the garden’s unusual angles to create a dynamic and engaging space. We designed a new pathway using plank paving, surrounded by lush planting to create the feel of a jungle oasis. The dining area was intentionally positioned away from the house to define a key zone within the garden, encouraging its use and creating a purposeful flow through the space.

The second you step along the stone path, you’ll see soft, breezing grasses and hardy flowering perennials that remind you of seaside settings. The pale paving stones mixed with gravel and low-growing grass only add to the feel of being on a stony beach. The structural wooden pergolas, which have climbing plants going up them.
